• If you’re okay with being outside, go out and get some fresh air
• Don’t push yourself too hard
• Do things at your own pace
• You are allowed to say no. Nobody can force you to do something you don’t want to. Having boundaries isn’t a bad thing!
• Talk to someone if you’re having a bad day. It really does help
• Compliment yourself at least once a day
• Shower
• If you don’t have the energy to shower use dry shampoo, deodorant and perfume
• Brush your teeth
• Brush your hair
• Throw your hair up in a bun or ponytail if you don’t have the energy to style or brush your hair
• Listen to music that helps you
• Make sure to laugh
